Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume daily outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify and book meetings with new leads.
• Position customized currency risk management and global payment solutions to business owners, C-suite executives, and finance leaders.
• Collaborate with a seasoned sales team to foster new business opportunities within the North American foreign exchange arena.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), specifically focusing on the number of booked first appointments.
• Advance sales skills and career growth within the dynamic field of financial services.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive drive, and a positive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, demanding, and competitive environment.
• Willingness to handle rejection and a strong desire to succeed in sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong interest in learning about global markets and foreign exchange.
• Background or experience in the agriculture industry.
