Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Position customized currency risk management and global payment solutions to business owners, C-suite executives, and finance leaders.
• Execute high-volume daily outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify and book meetings with new leads.
• Collaborate with a seasoned sales team to identify and foster new business opportunities within the North American foreign exchange market.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the number of booked first appointments and lead qualification.
• Advance sales skills and professional growth within the dynamic field of financial services.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform high-volume cold calling and outreach without fear of rejection.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results in a demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong interest in learning about finance, global markets, and foreign exchange.
• Background or experience in the agriculture industry.
