Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Onboard Consumer brands to the AppLovin platform and educate them on our growth solutions
• Partner with brands to understand their unique needs and drive actionable growth plans
• Set up and optimize new campaigns using best practices for creative and performance targets
• Define and analyze key metrics to ensure the success of Consumer partners
• Become a subject matter expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products
• Collaborate with the broader regional Business Development team and product experts

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Strong analytical ability and experience handling large, complex data sets
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter mindset with a strong interest in technology and big data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Consumer, e-commerce, or brand operations space
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting
• Familiarity with image and video editing software
• Understanding of decision-making models such as game theory, chess, or poker
