About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound sequences targeting senior decision-makers to develop the sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities and separate high-value leads from noise
- Partner with founders to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and messaging based on market feedback
- Optimize the sales stack by leveraging modern tools like Clay and Sales Navigator to automate prospecting workflows
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Proven experience working within a tech or AI startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to design outbound frameworks and workflows from scratch
- Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into concise, business-level value propositions
- High level of grit, adaptability, and a results-driven mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full-cycle sales, including prospecting through to revenue forecasting
- Proficiency with modern sales automation and prospecting tools
