About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead seller win-back strategy by re-engaging and reactivating churned accounts
  • Drive business development through high-volume outbound phone outreach and email campaigns
  • Communicate membership options, account benefits, and platform advantages
  • Create scalable outreach campaigns to target approved prospects
  • Provide feedback to management on pitch materials and sales blockers
  • Maintain sales satisfaction through excellent service in seller interactions
  • Support sales operations projects to grow seller partnerships

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in e-commerce
  • Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling and cold-calling
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and educate the seller community
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the luxury goods industry
  • Understanding of marketplace or e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce engagement
