About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead seller win-back strategy by re-engaging and reactivating churned accounts
- Drive business development through high-volume outbound phone outreach and email campaigns
- Communicate membership options, account benefits, and platform advantages
- Create scalable outreach campaigns to target approved prospects
- Provide feedback to management on pitch materials and sales blockers
- Maintain sales satisfaction through excellent service in seller interactions
- Support sales operations projects to grow seller partnerships
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in e-commerce
- Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling and cold-calling
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and educate the seller community
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury goods industry
- Understanding of marketplace or e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of Salesforce engagement
