Business Development Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Success team in identifying new business opportunities and tracking ongoing leads
• Research upcoming events, agencies, and projects across the KSA region
• Prepare and update client presentations, capability decks, and proposal documents
• Maintain client and project information in CRM and internal tracking tools
• Coordinate meeting notes, follow-ups, and next-step actions
• Assist in organizing client visits, networking events, and industry gatherings
• Establish key accounts and expand the client base while maintaining existing relationships
• Act as a key point of contact for revenue-generating accounts to build brand trust
• Conduct market and competition observation to derive strategic activities

Requirements

• 3 years of business development experience, ideally within the event industry
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create professional decks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools
