Business Development Architect

Responsibilities

• Synchronize regularly with the manufacturing plant, client-architects, and project owners.
• Design and produce FF&E packages for tender and construction, including CAD drawings and specifications.
• Develop design concepts, including material palettes, fabrics, and furniture selections.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to secure building approvals and material procurement.
• Attend weekly site assemblies, record meeting minutes, and implement action schemes.
• Organize project schedules and monitor progress to meet strict time constraints.
• Implement quality control tactics to ensure materials meet quantity and quality standards.
• Supervise the fit-out design architectural workflow regarding quality, schedule, safety, and budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• 4-5 years of experience in fit-out works (hotels, office buildings, or high-rise buildings).
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan market.
• Fluency in both English and French (oral and written).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D MAX, and Microsoft Office.
• Deep knowledge of furniture, fabrics, lighting elements, construction materials, and standards.
• Ability to develop professional presentations for potential clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale commercial or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Proven track record in business development within the architectural or construction sector.
