Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers identified by internal teams or organic ecosystem research
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and solution needs
• Host customer workshops and organize tailored product demonstrations
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop customer solutions and new product concepts
• Iterate with customers on technical scope and business models to guide proposals through approval
• Plan revenue strategy and outlook for construction and adjacent domains

Requirements

• Previous business development or sales experience at an OEM, Dealer, or Supplier focused on construction and mining
• Proven ability to work across stakeholders to execute complex projects
• Strong capability to drive customer engagements
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Fluency in both Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with construction technologies
• Technical background
