Business Development and Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including handwritten notes and client appreciation initiatives
• Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records
• Support co-branded marketing projects with referral partners, including flyers and digital content
• Develop social media content including post ideas, captions, graphics, stories, reels, and shorts
• Film and edit short-form video content for social media platforms
• Create marketing and social media materials using Canva
• Utilize AI tools for content development, image creation, and marketing copy
• Schedule and organize social media content using scheduling platforms
• Plan, coordinate, and manage client and partner events
• Maintain inventory of marketing and event materials

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn CRM and marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content
• Experience filming and editing reels, shorts, or videos
• Experience using Canva
• Experience using AI tools for marketing materials
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms
• Prior experience in administrative support, marketing, or event coordination in real estate or mortgage
