Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new prospects across target industrial markets
• Build and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Lead and coordinate full-cycle tender preparation and submissions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, particularly in English-speaking regions
• Draft commercial content including capability statements and case studies
• Support digital marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and procurement teams to align market strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum three years of related experience with a strong tender administration focus
• Fluency in English and native Polish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SAP
