Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of a pipeline of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) opportunities
• Assist with customer engagements from initial outreach through commercial discussions
• Build relationships within the BESS customer ecosystem
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams to support project definition
• Support RFP responses, pricing development, and incentive eligibility analysis
• Maintain accurate records and track deal progression

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in energy storage, utility-scale solar, or related energy fields
• Demonstrated interest in energy markets and battery energy storage
• Strong communication skills for working across technical and commercial teams
• Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to commercial pricing models or RFP processes
• Familiarity with Investment Tax Credit (ITC) structuring and energy project economics
