Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales channel performance for assigned market portfolios to maximize RASK and quality revenue.
• Support and implement analytical techniques to evaluate sales strategies, incentive programs, and corporate agreements.
• Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of market competition and segments to identify threats and opportunities.
• Drive robust sales planning by ensuring country plans align with global guidelines.
• Maintain quality assurance of sales CRM, sales tools, and data sources.
• Proactively identify revenue maximization opportunities through detailed data analysis and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with local sales leadership, frontline sales, Revenue Management, and HQ stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong cultural awareness.
