Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales channel performance and maximize revenue through analytical techniques and sales strategy implementation.
• Support and implement analytical procedures to evaluate sales strategies, incentive programs, and corporate agreements.
• Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of market and competition to identify threats and opportunities.
• Drive robust sales planning to ensure country plans align with global guidelines.
• Proactively identify quality revenue and RASK maximization opportunities based on data analysis.
• Maintain quality assurance of sales CRM, sales tools, and data sources.
• Share relevant market intelligence between local markets and Headquarters.
• Collaborate with local sales leadership, revenue management, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline.
• 4+ years of work experience in a related field.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong cultural awareness.
