Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage new deal data within the proprietary CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and escalate data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to close gaps
• Maintain CRM workflows, data structures, and field configurations
• Produce and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reports
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for deal pipeline visibility
• Partner with Investment, Finance, and Portfolio Operations teams to align workflows
• Prepare executive-level presentations and data summaries
• Support market mapping and target identification initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 1–3 years of experience in a data, operations, or analytical function
• Demonstrated experience managing and improving CRM systems
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dynamic data modeling)
• Strong PowerPoint skills for building executive-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data administration
