Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with mobile app developers to support company growth.
• Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential.
• Collaborate directly with developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize accounts, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams to resolve publisher-focused technical queries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape through competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Professional experience in SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional client management skills with a focus on retention and growth.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience working at or founding a start-up in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or a strong technical aptitude for interfacing with developers.
• A passion for solving complex puzzles and digging through data to find answers.
