Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with app developers to support company growth.
• Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential.
• Collaborate directly with app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams to resolve publisher-focused technical queries.
• Leverage competitive analysis to maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting.
• Exceptional client management skills with proven success in business retention and growth.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Fluent in English with the ability to build convincing arguments from complex data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience working at or founding a start-up in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort interfacing with developers.
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys digging through data to find answers to complex questions.
