Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of referral relationships including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities
• Execute all stages of the consultative sales process including prospecting, cold calls, and follow-ups
• Mobilize referral partners by aligning services to patient needs and organizational goals
• Spend approximately 75% of time in the community executing field outreach
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene using Salesforce to track activity and outcomes
• Proactively re-energize stalled relationships to maintain momentum

Requirements

• Experience in outside, field-based sales selling a service
• Experience in a quota-carrying role
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or a senior-related industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use data to evaluate performance and adapt strategy
• Knowledge of the Omaha market
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and digital calendars

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B experience developing referral relationships in healthcare
• B2C experience conducting in-home consultative sales
• Existing network in home care, hospice, senior living, or social work
