Business Development Advisor

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of referral relationships including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities
• Execute all stages of the consultative sales process including prospecting, cold calls, and follow-ups
• Mobilize referral partners by aligning services to patient needs and organizational goals
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene using Salesforce to track activity and outcomes
• Spend approximately 75% of time in the field executing community outreach
• Support in-home consultations and care starts to build credibility with partners and families

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role
• Experience in outside, field-based sales selling a service
• 1+ year of experience in home care, healthcare, or a senior-related industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use data to evaluate performance and adapt outreach strategy
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and standard productivity tools
• Knowledge of or experience working in the Bay Area market

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B experience developing referral relationships in healthcare or home care
• B2C experience conducting in-home or consultative sales conversations
• Existing professional network in home care, hospice, senior living, or social work
