Business Development Advisor - Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential transactions
• Support transaction due diligence processes, including data analysis and sector research
• Assist in the transaction execution process and preparation of investment memoranda
• Work with cross-functional teams and external advisors to assess risks and opportunities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the deal process
• Support business development initiatives and perform market research to monitor industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a similar analytical role
• High proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis)
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines

• Familiarity with the energy or infrastructure industry
• Understanding of current market trends and the competitive landscape
