About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the sales approach for the Antwerp and Limburg region and identify market opportunities
- Prospect and network to generate leads, then develop tailored quotes and solutions with support teams
- Negotiate contracts personally and ensure proposals are validated before submission
- Follow up on service implementation and contract compliance to build true partnerships
- Act as an ambassador and actively promote Mondial Relay's products and services
Requirements
- Proven sales and negotiation experience with a successful track record
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Results-oriented mindset motivated by commission-based compensation
- Strong drive to conquer the market and grow the business
