About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, demonstrations, and negotiations
- Follow up on commercial opportunities using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed established sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Analyze market trends, competition, and new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Account Executive, or similar sales role
- Experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize activities effectively
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, technology, B2B services, or startups
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC
- Experience working with international clients
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business
