About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Follow up on commercial opportunities using CRM tools
  • Achieve and exceed established sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Account Executive, or similar sales role
  • Experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize activities effectively
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, B2B services, or startups
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC
  • Experience working with international clients
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business
