Responsibilities
- Actively network with SMEs, project developers, and office building owners
- Conduct strategic conversations with managers, CEOs, and decision-makers regarding workplace strategy and transformation projects
- Manage projects from initial handshake to delivery and payment in collaboration with the internal team
- Align commercial strategy, pipeline, and opportunities with the management team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in office interior design or real estate
- Comfort with long sales cycles of 6 months or more
- An existing, demonstrable network of SME owners and decision-makers
- Professional demeanor suitable for executive-level meetings
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and honest communication style
- Fluency in Dutch; French and/or English is a plus
