Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
• Develop and implement visionary business plans aligned with company goals

• Negotiate and close high-value deals with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations
• Manage and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare business proposals and analytical reports for senior management
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Maintain deep understanding of the pharmaceutical product portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related field
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing pharmaceutical industry deals
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory landscape
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and policies in India
• Proficiency in business development strategies and market analysis
• Advanced negotiation and project management skills
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events
• Understanding of intellectual property rights in the pharmaceutical industry
