Business Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue and market expansion
• Identify new leads and target markets through market research and analysis
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Arrange business meetings, present company services, and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor movements
• Track and analyze sales figures and revenue performance for management reporting
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Propose innovative ways to improve existing products or services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to plan for long-term growth
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
