About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and activate the RME Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through internal launches and external marketing campaigns
- Design visually compelling recruiting collateral and digital materials, including employee testimonials and success stories
- Develop and manage targeted social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn to reach key professional demographics
- Conduct training sessions and provide resources to equip leaders with tools to communicate the EVP effectively
- Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and use analytics to continuously refine workforce strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with analytical tools and the ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- PMP certificate, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, or human resources
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs across large-scale operations
