Business Developer Hotels

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a hotel portfolio including boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands in the Normandie, Picardie, and Hauts-de-France regions
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to achieve revenue targets
• Act as the primary point of contact and face of Voyage Privé for French hoteliers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor market trends and competitors within the French hospitality landscape
• Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers
• Existing contacts and market knowledge within the local hospitality industry
• Data-driven and structured approach to work
• Fluency in French and English
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners
