Responsibilities

  • Develop the client portfolio by contacting decision-makers via telephone and other prospecting methods (LinkedIn, networking, trade shows)
  • Convert leads into client appointments
  • Qualify key missing information from transferred leads
  • Maintain and improve the commercial database in Salesforce
  • Co-construct adapted solutions for prospects with dedicated teams
  • Provide structured field feedback to help evolve the company's offerings

Requirements

  • Successful first experience in B2B telephone prospecting
  • Strong commercial temperament and drive
  • Autonomy and ability to manage priorities
  • Curiosity regarding energy markets
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
