Responsibilities
- Develop the client portfolio by contacting decision-makers via telephone and other prospecting methods (LinkedIn, networking, trade shows)
- Convert leads into client appointments
- Qualify key missing information from transferred leads
- Maintain and improve the commercial database in Salesforce
- Co-construct adapted solutions for prospects with dedicated teams
- Provide structured field feedback to help evolve the company's offerings
Requirements
- Successful first experience in B2B telephone prospecting
- Strong commercial temperament and drive
- Autonomy and ability to manage priorities
- Curiosity regarding energy markets
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Collaborative spirit and client orientation
