About the Company

Econova was founded in 1959 and is currently driven in its third generation. We are a B2B company within recycling and biofuel with eight facilities ranging from Kalmar in the south to Härnösand in the north, serving customers within the pulp and paper industry, sawmills, the energy sector, and municipalities. Our headquarters are located in Åby, near Norrköping.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop Econova's recycling business with the ambition to double its size.
• Identify new material types and business opportunities both within existing permits and through partnerships and customers.
• Deepen relationships with industry sectors including pulp/paper, sawmills, energy, and municipalities.
• Strengthen our position within recycling and circular flows through business-to-business engagement.
• Create new value from materials others have left behind to build new business models.

Requirements

• Experience from recycling or related industries.
• Consultative, relationship-building, and business-driven approach.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships based on trust.
• A driven and curious mindset with the courage to challenge existing norms.
