Business Developer - Disensa

Responsibilities

• Increase store productivity, sales, and profitability through the implementation of value propositions, brand guidelines, and category management for Disensa.
• Ensure point-of-sale strategies are implemented by designing layouts in conjunction with marketing according to regional guidelines.
• Activate points of sale to generate increased traffic and transactionality through the execution of marketing, trade marketing, and branding actions.
• Manage execution indicators to identify market opportunities and leverage franchisee strengths to drive growth.
• Execute the "success photo" model to ensure stores reach ideal standards and provide the best customer experience.
• Ensure sustainable business practices and appropriate resource use by complying with financial and control policies.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, Commercial, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Developer, Key Account Manager, or similar.
• Proven knowledge in managing commercial indicators, point-of-sale layouts, brand activations, and sell-out strategies.
• Strong strategic and negotiation skills oriented toward growing the client's business.
• Ability to travel as required for regional coverage.
