Business Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities to expand company reach
• Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for new partnerships
• Identify market trends and customer needs to build short, medium, and long-term sales pipelines
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales strategies, processes, and best practices
• Generate new leads, contact decision-makers, and facilitate pitch logistics
• Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis and negotiation
• Monitor industry trends and report performance metrics to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional sales experience
• Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation
• Ability to travel domestically 70% or more of the time
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Fluent in English (high level of spoken and written communication)
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the lifting and rigging business and related markets
• Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
• Fluency in Portuguese
