About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the existing sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities to expand company reach
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for new partnerships
- Identify market trends and customer needs to build short, medium, and long-term sales pipelines
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales strategies, processes, and best practices
- Generate new leads, contact decision-makers, and facilitate pitch logistics
- Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis and negotiation
- Monitor industry trends and report performance metrics to management and stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional sales experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Ability to travel domestically 70% or more of the time
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Fluent in English (high level of spoken and written communication)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the lifting and rigging business and related markets
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
- Fluency in Portuguese
