Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new Middle Market Sector (MMS) companies (fewer than 250 employees)
• Manage the entire sales cycle from need detection to contract signature
• Ensure client loyalty and satisfaction through proactive and personalized follow-up
• Develop the existing client base through cross-selling and upselling actions
• Manage contract renewals and anticipate cancellation risks
• Report commercial activity regularly in the CRM
• Analyze commercial performance to optimize prospecting and loyalty strategies
• Collaborate with SDR and Marketing teams to align actions

Requirements

• Master 1 or Master 2 degree from a business school or university specializing in commerce or management
• Initial commercial experience (internship or apprenticeship)
• Mastery of B2B sales techniques (prospecting, negotiation, closing, loyalty)
• Advanced use of CRM tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Rigor, organization, and reliability
• Strong drive for negotiation, closing, and exceeding objectives
