About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the industry, banking, and services sectors
  • Accelerate the weight of current industrial clients
  • Analyze market and prospect needs to propose adapted solutions
  • Develop and maintain a qualified client portfolio through acquisition and loyalty
  • Manage commercial contract negotiations and follow-up
  • Leverage existing networks to open commercial opportunities
  • Participate in networking events, forums, and trade shows
  • Use CRM tools to track commercial opportunities and maintain client information
  • Monitor commercial KPIs to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within an agency or ESN
  • Proven experience in selling technical assistance, staffing, and digital solutions
  • Solid contact portfolio in industry, banking, or services sectors
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and pipeline management
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in the North of Paris or surrounding areas
  • Experience specifically in Tech, Data, Design, and Project/Product consulting
