Business Developer - Application

Responsibilities

• Develop business through opportunity management and market visibility within assigned industrial segments
• Lead prospection initiatives to detect, qualify, and manage new business opportunities
• Promote technical solutions to potential and existing customers, proposing value-added applications
• Build and leverage relationships at both business and technical levels within customer organizations
• Collaborate with sales teams on account planning, technical offers, trials, and customer training
• Defend the existing customer base against competitor threats through technical know-how and SWOT analysis
• Participate in contract reviews and signature negotiations
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and sectoral networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
• 2 to 5 years of technical sales experience within industrial sales or manufacturing (e.g., FMCG, Pharma)
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes
• Ability to demonstrate an economic understanding of the industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and logically
