Business Degree Apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our brands at a prestigious client location to gain hands-on hospitality experience
• Dedicate 20% of your working week to blended studying and coursework through our apprenticeship provider
• Rotate through different job roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of the foodservice industry
• Learn to deliver excellent customer service and develop professional managerial techniques
• Gain exposure to support functions including Finance, HR, Health & Safety, and Project Management
• Complete all required project work and academic requirements set by the apprenticeship programme

Requirements

• Two A-levels or equivalent, plus three GCSEs at grade A*-C / 9-4 (or a completed Access Programme)
• Proficiency in the English language
• UK, EU, or EAA residency for at least three years prior to starting the apprenticeship
• A genuine interest and passion for food and people
• Strong communication, customer service, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Commitment to completing the full 36-month management programme
