Business Data Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to design and optimize local data governance rules following Global GTMC guidelines
• Manage master databases including HCP, HCO, and distributors
• Define governance and management rules for company sales flow, including in-market sales and offtake
• Maintain and expand knowledge of meaningful data sources such as customer engagement and online behavior data
• Procure external data to support product life cycle management strategy
• Support business development strategy by finding new data sources for models like DTP, Internet hospitals, and CSO
• Perform high-quality, timely, and accurate analyses using state-of-the-art methodologies to support business needs
• Create tools that provide accurate and impactful data insights to the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharma, life science, or related healthcare industry
• Proven experience in data sourcing, data management, and process design/optimization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive analytics independently and within a team
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Business units, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
