Business Data Analytics FP&A RBS

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes, including budget, forecast, and monthly results analysis
• Consolidate and present financial and operational information for executive decision-making
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year to identify risks and opportunities
• Design and automate financial reports using Excel, macros, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Build and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI ensuring data traceability
• Develop light ETL processes for data extraction and transformation from multiple sources
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to validate financial information
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the GBS model

Requirements

• Professional degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 4 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or corporate planning
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI including data modeling and DAX
• Experience with automation tools such as macros, Power Query, Power Automate, or Python
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel
• English fluency at C1 level for global stakeholder interaction
• Experience in multinational environments or Shared Service Centers (SSC/GBS) is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Corporate Finance, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, or similar financial platforms
• Experience with Python for ETL and data transformation
