Business Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Use statistical tools for diagnostic and predictive analytics
• Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and perform data cleansing
• Gather and document business requirements to ensure thorough understanding of needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 4-6 years of total professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 3 years of experience with both SQL and Power BI
• Proficiency in Python is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data warehousing and technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification
