Responsibilities

• Own business and performance analysis across B2B2C products, partners, and markets
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain commercial and operational reports including revenue, margins, ARPU, churn, and usage
• Translate raw data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support pricing analysis, partner performance reviews, and business cases
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align data with business reality
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and logical interpretation across reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data lakes or large datasets
• Proficiency with BI/DWH tools such as PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivoting, modelling, and complex formulas
• Strong analytical ability with understanding of business models and value chains
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights
• High degree of ownership and proactivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom, MVNE, or MVNO domain experience
