Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage product cost calculations, investment planning, and preparation of applications
• Perform follow-up reporting, including cash flow prognosis and impact analysis
• Improve business processes and support critical strategies by recognizing deviations in material, scrap, and productivity
• Support plant stakeholders by tracking, analyzing, and interpreting financial figures and business processes
• Set up and closely follow up on productivity tracking, particularly with production departments
• Execute monthly and yearly closing activities, including budgeting and reporting according to local GAAP and IFRS

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in cost accounting or production controlling
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP R3 System
• Fluency in both Serbian and English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the German language
