Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and identify cost-saving and result-improving solutions
• Prepare management reports and guide budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Support stakeholders in strategic decision-making through financial insights and impact analyses
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and support process improvements
• Contribute to the professionalization of financial processes, project control, and ERP data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Approximately 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Extensive experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Afas
