About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Director in directing and monitoring budget policy
- Analyze and present reports in French, English, and ideally German
- Monitor and analyze economic and financial data for units and projects
- Implement analytical tools to support decision-making
- Propose and follow up on necessary corrective actions
Requirements
- Higher education in finance (accounting or management control)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Excellent Excel modeling skills
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Lucanet or Power BI
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Experience in a project-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of German
- Experience in an international organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hyperion/Oracle, and IFRS standards
