Business Controller - Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports on savings performance for management review and support financial closing processes
• Validate procurement savings, ensure methodological consistency, and translate savings into P&L impacts
• Reconcile reported savings with financial actuals and investigate discrepancies between forecasted and realized savings
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to validate savings assumptions and methodologies
• Analyze organization-wide spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities and monitor price trends
• Streamline reconciliation processes and support the digitalization of purchasing reporting

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and managerial financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP or Procurement systems (e.g., COUPA, Synertrade, Ivalua) is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
