Business Controller NutEx

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen the local finance function within the Nutreco framework
• Coordinate monthly and annual closing activities, financial reporting, and tax filings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Deliver integrated profit reporting across NutEx products
• Coordinate budget and strategic planning cycles
• Own and manage the NutEx financial model
• Monitor and report on value creation, project progress, and portfolio performance
• Manage budgets and track actuals across various projects
• Lead or support ad hoc financial analyses and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, AFPE, or an equivalent field
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling or finance
• Experience working within an international manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of accounting standards
• Affinity with ERP systems (experience with Infor M3 is a plus)
• Analytical and fact-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused approach
