Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting processes, including budgeting and trend analysis, to ensure strategic alignment for brands.
• Analyze brand P&L statements to identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support product launches and long-term brand growth.
• Act as a strategic financial partner to brand and marketing teams, translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize brand investments, such as media and promotion spending, to ensure strong ROI.
• Provide financial guidance on pricing strategies, channel mix, and commercial conditions.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting in compliance with Group standards and internal control principles.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business controlling.
• Deep expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and identify underlying trends.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Highly agile and logical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
