Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly P&L forecasting and closing processes
• Act as the gatekeeper for financial integrity and compliance with company policies
• Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis, including GP1 and SG&A control
• Monitor and support controlling processes, including forecast mechanism and accuracy
• Collaborate with remote business teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience within the FMCG industry
• Fluency in English
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
