Business Controller - Finance Graduate Program

Responsibilities

• Prepare management and financial reports, analyzing trends and variances across actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Support ad hoc financial and operational analyses to identify risks and opportunities
• Support monthly closing, estimates, and reporting processes with a focus on quality and reliability
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize finance processes
• Explore and test digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Query to enhance business control
• Participate in a 12-month intensive program involving job rotations, training, and mentoring

Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Maximum of 2 years of full-time work experience (internships included)
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven business mindset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel approximately 30% in the first year, including a 3-month international assignment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree
• Previous experience with data analytics or business control
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Swedish
