Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse budget and forecast process for the new Pittston hub
• Consolidate, monitor, and control warehouse costs against budget and prior year performance
• Identify financial gaps and highlight "hot spots" to business areas and stakeholders
• Communicate monthly and YTD warehouse cost reports across the regional organization
• Explain cost allocation logic and developments to various Brand Controllers
• Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to analyze processes and improve efficiency
• Analyze deviations between actual process costs and the recharging model
• Drive data-based analysis to reduce inefficiencies and ensure fair price calculations
• Support the go-live and stabilization of the warehouse by analyzing business case development
• Manage master data for global finance tools including OneStream and SAP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management
• 5+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or controlling environment
• Proficiency in SAP and OneStream
• Experience with BI Analysis for Office and MS Office
• Strong numeric and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Good understanding of project management and change management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment

• Previous experience working within a logistics or warehouse environment
