Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly operational and financial performance against targets using real-time dashboards and Power BI.
• Utilize data modeling to identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin expansion.
• Manage the target-setting process for key operational KPIs based on historical data and market analysis.
• Drive business planning through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide high-level financial insights and storytelling to support strategic, long-term decision-making.
• Partner with Cluster Management, Financial Business Partners, and the CFO to align performance with Group strategy.
• Proactively identify performance deviations and propose corrective actions to management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial analysis, data modeling, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-currency, multi-country environment (Nordic cluster).
• Highly structured, analytical, and action-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in any Nordic languages.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or international environment.
