About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives to enhance finance reporting, analytics, and automation through Power BI, dashboard technology, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for new reporting and analytics solutions
  • Support month-end consolidation, financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools for profitability and operational decision-making
  • Serve as administrator for Hyperion Essbase, including maintenance, governance, and user support
  • Compile and analyze financial information and industry trends for senior management presentations
  • Act as a strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business control, FP&A, data analytics, or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
  • Understanding of core finance concepts such as NPV, IRR, and loan amortization
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or related advanced certification
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase administration and planning applications
  • Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled tools, and finance transformation initiatives
  • Experience in multinational or financial services environments
